Select XXIV is a four-day professional basketball showcase staged in Melbourne, Australia across late November 2026, run in partnership with DSG Sports Group. The week replicates a professional evaluation setting, not a traditional exposure camp. You train inside team structures, take part in Pro Day testing and live evaluations, then compete in three exhibition fixtures against an NBL1 team, a Big V team and an NBL Select team, before the week closes with the Select XXIV Showcase Game. Coaches, agents and recruiters operating across the Australian basketball ecosystem evaluate every player in person.

03What level do I need to be at?
Minimum college level (JUCO, NAIA, or NCAA D1 to D3). Equally suited to semi-pro and professional players looking to break into the Australian system.
04What positions are you taking?
All positions. Selection is built around level, role suitability, and fit within the Australian system, not résumé alone.
05How do I apply?
DM or email with your playing background, position, current team, and recent footage. Applications are reviewed within 14 days. The roster is curated for level and positional balance.
06How do I lock my spot?
Once accepted, a $500 USD deposit secures the roster spot. A confirmation pack is sent the same day. Balance is due 30 days before tip-off.

07Will I actually get game time?
Yes. Every player is guaranteed meaningful court time across three exhibition fixtures (vs NBL1, vs Big V, vs NBL Select), Friday's Pro Day live evaluations, and the Select XXIV Showcase Game finale. The roster is capped at 20-24 players to preserve evaluation quality and visibility for each participant. Structured teams, managed rotations, real minutes. Coaches watch how you perform across the week inside a real setting, not as a clip in an inbox.
08What are the fixtures?
Three live exhibition fixtures organised alongside DSG Sports Group, then a featured finale. Saturday stages two games: a fixture against an NBL1 team and a fixture against a Big V team (Basketball Victoria's Championship Men level). Sunday opens with a fixture against an NBL Select team drawn from Australia's top professional tier, and the week closes with the Select XXIV Showcase Game, where standout performers from the programme compete in the featured event. Coaches, recruiters and agents evaluate every player across all three environments.
09What footage do I actually get?
Professional film coverage across the week: full game footage of every fixture plus personal highlight clips delivered post-event. Built for sending direct to clubs, agents and your existing network.
10Do I get feedback from the coaches?
Yes. Direct, honest feedback from coaches who have watched you across the week. Not a generic report. Not surface-level comments. You're given clear insight into where you sit, how your game is viewed within the Australian system, and what needs to sharpen to move forward. That includes how you fit within a team structure, decision-making and role clarity, and what translates at this level. Players leave with a real understanding of their position and next step, not guesswork.

11Where do I sleep and how do I get around?
Shared accommodation is arranged for you, located close to the venue, with organised player transport throughout the event. Designed to mirror a professional team setup: short commute, focused environment, recovery-friendly. You also have access to training facilities, recovery support and physiotherapy across the week.
12Do I need a visa?
Check your requirements based on the passport you hold; visas are your responsibility. Most travellers use the ETA (Electronic Travel Authority) or Visitor Visa Subclass 600.
13What's the price?
One flat fee of $1,500 USD. A $500 USD deposit secures your place, with the balance due 30 days before tip-off. Instalment plans are available on request. Flights, transfers, and personal insurance are not included.
14Will this lead to contract opportunities?
This programme is designed to place you directly in front of the people who make recruitment decisions: coaches, agents, and clubs operating within the Australian system. You're evaluated live, in real games, with full context, not as a clip in an inbox.

Final balance due 30 days out. You receive a complete arrival brief: schedule, venue, kit collection, team allocation timing, and the fixture order. From here, the work is on the floor.
